World Mental Health Day this week and @shewhodaresruns will be doing a #runandtalk session on Friday at 9am, meet Crofton Community Centre Car Park. A fun session to come together, chat, do a bit of a workout, have coffee and cake after. All welcome you will be looked after 💖
