I opened up recently about my mental health and the side affects of online abuse that many people have to deal with. Trolling has massively improved for me but I see it all the time and it’s awful. You have no idea how it affects people.

Yesterday I went into my daughters school to show them my medals in assembly. It’s been ages since I’ve been into schools but so extra special as it was the first time doing it in front of Summer. Felt very emotional talking about it all with her listening. ❤️
