After the local anesthetic from the surgery wore off, I was in a fair amount pain on Friday evening into Saturday morning. Fortunately, I already had Naproxen at home for extreme pain and maybe I had a little liquid assistance (hours after taking the Naproxen) to help me sleep.

I went to the hospital on Friday for an appointment. I thought it would just be going over the biopsy results (the doctor agrees with me that there might have still been cancer in the big lesion on my nose) but, nope, I actually had the surgery done to remove three lesions.

I still have a nasty lesion that's causing me many problems that has to be removed but the doctor told me last time that, if it's not cancer, removing it will be fairly simple.

I wasn't going to go into specifics until after I got my biopsy results but they were testing for cancer (liposarcoma). They didn't find anything malignant, which I assume means I'm cancer-free. I'll speak to the doctor at the hospital about it on Friday.

The animated stuff on Sesame Street was a HUGE influence on me and I'm guessing many other people in my generation, which I call The Sesame Street Generation, as it was the style at the time.
