I adore this building and miss working in it while at @DTAHtoronto. In a perfect world I’d love to see an organization like @oaarchitects, @ToSoArch, or @RAIC_IRAC buy it and turn it into a Centre for Architecture, especially since we no longer have a Design Museum in Toronto.
