You mean the scene that’s meant to show that Peter is inspired to be his own hero and do things his own way while still showing how Tony has inspired and helped him grow? Yeah that tracks

Long story short Peter and Mary Jane, while together, we’re sucked to an alternate dimension by a Mayan god, and while Peter escaped, MJ stayed behind, eventually finding Paul. Peter tried getting the resources to bring MJ back, stealing from other heroes, and was able to after-

a few hours but for Mary Jane it was years, so in that time she entered a relationship with Paul and adopted two children, effectively cucking Peter

That’s perfectly fine, and I’m glad it happened too. I just don’t think having him make the suit in FFH contradicts his journey or makes him like Iron Man at all

I watched the full video and I honestly don’t think it’s that bad, he actually praises a lot of female characters and bring up points on how to develop them well and even admits that just having physically strong woman with a stoic personality is not intrinsically bad

Beating Vulture
Lifting a huge section of a building
Facing off against Falcon and Winter Soldier and practically winning
Holding his own against Thanos
Beating an entire army of high tech weaponized drones
Beating Doctor Strange
Helping beat 5 villains
That’s pretty capable

I think the writers said they wanted to explore the concept of Andrew trying to abide by Gwen’s words but how the years made him lose sight of that
@StarLordShill
I love him in all three movies cause I felt the progression was really natural and well written and I really related to him the whole way
@bigmonkeong
It did
It showed that Peter wasn’t ready at the moment but it still helped him realize that he didn’t need to be an Avenger to help people, he just had to look out for the little guy, which he kept doing all 3 films so 🤷🏻♂️

Gavin hated FFH so much for what he thought the film did with Spider-Man that he started doing Spider-Man Lotus and the rest is history

You’re right, but a movie about a teenager growing into a mature adult learning the weight that being a superhero brings and the sacrifices he must make does though
