Israel gets more US aid than anyone else + US politics is influenced by Israel's interests to the unrivaled extent that Americans' rights are curtailed for criticizing it. Israel has a "special relationship" w the US, as politicians constantly say, so it deserves special scrutiny
A lot of countries create hierarchies with one religion dominant (and if we had "gender" then the list gets longer still). It just seems weird that Israel is the only one that sees is existence constantly questioned.

We need to be able to have an honest discussion about why the moderators ignore local communities & give so much time to questions about a foreign country most New Yorkers don't support, without the usual false accusations of antisemitism, terrorist sympathy, etc.
NYC is 28% Latino and 20% Black and there were no questions about plans to help either of those communities but the debate for who will be their next **mayor** spent 13 minutes on this
