"State Deduction" & "Contracted-out" re HSBC workplace pension. Was promised @HSBC_UK pension based on 2/3 of final salary. Being robbed twice by deduction each on 1.State Pension due to contracted out and pension due to #clawback. @MidlandClawbac1.

Was thrown out from @holland_barrett UK store by staff members with unhelpful, oppressive and #discriminatory approach due to my accessibility needs as #deafblindness #BSL user. Notes app on my iPhone typing, staff members continued to 'respond' in the inaccessible format.

Telephone calls to the Priority Line 01413053077 in queue 1 hour 4 minutes with no answer. 1st call to 03453004278 after 24 minutes wait, call was answered and then dropped out. 2nd call after 25 minutes wait, call dropped. Totally Unacceptable @TescoBankNews @tescobankhelp.

Because they did sleeve up and approached @Conservatives MSs. This show the need to be in centre of a current political climate. Imagine, if you don't stand in middle of a chess board, you won't have chance to win.
It seems to me that many congratulations messages about BSL act proposal have forgotten those who contacted their MS to push for the support to get this through. Therefore I want to say thank you and congratulations to those who did. We all did it together :).
