I'm a midwife who works in the RJMS NNU Iin Belfast. I love my work but like to relax by listening to music or taking long walks by the sea.

These are the flowers that my mum received from Saiinsbuys yesterday - they were all dead today! My sister ordered a bouqet but Sainsburys at Sprucefield delivered a reduced bunch of flowers to our 93 year old mother. Huge disappointment on Mothers Day. Shame on Sainsburys!

@monsterofcoffee @Andrea_Stobo @eviecanavan Absolutely Andrea. Too many mums think once they're out of hospital they should bounce back to normal. Some have had traumatic deliveries or major surgery and with sleep deprevation and pain and breastfeeding It's no wonder so many end up with depression. Women are amazing
