In the rush to condemn the Albanese government for their indifference to surging antisemitism before the Hanuka massacre and their indulgence of the key libels that motivated it over the past two years, everyone seems to be missing just how wretched they have been after.

The more interesting aspects are the kind of moral claim "complicity" seeks to make and the weird absence of any feeling of complicity in the violence and antisemitism of the movement that these activists so passionately support.

The least interesting aspect of this is how dishonest it is. There is no comparable obsession with the misdeeds real or imagined of a few other significant US and NATO allies.
