@dissproportion the light that is bouncing into your eyes has to come in from the same angle but from the other direction. if you imagine that your eyes were at the bounce point on the mirror, and looking in the direction of the incoming light, what would you see?.

@Leggomyalgo you should fear God more and accept the love our our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ into your heart. praying for you.

@Jazzkid__ I agree. tho i think many people would also really struggle to imagine every object emitting infinite laser pointers of light in spheres around themselves, and what that actually ends up meaning or looking like.

@yyallian the dark side of this is that some of the most charismatic people Iāve ever met do this constantly with everyone and they are very good at getting people to go along with plans they have no business agreeing to.

careful. iāve spent an incredibly small amount of time socializing in my life, and an extraordinary amount becoming 90th percentile in many hobbies. itās very lonely to live like this if you donāt also learn to find joy in socialization.
Iām slowly realising how much more joy you can get by being >90th percentile/very good in as many hobbies as you can VS by spending more time with people.

@dukecephalopod the ball is shooting light at every part of the mirror it can reach, but you can only see the light that is bouncing in from the opposite angle youāre looking from.
