Christine has been an inspirational figure to many of us within SYL in the last few years, her work in the women and equalities brief has been outstanding and we cannot thank her enough for standing by her principles even at this tough time in politics.
There has been a lot of speculation over the past 24 hours regarding my removal as the Liberal Democrat Spokesperson for Women and Equalities and Scotland. I can now confirm I have been removed from that position, and have shared my response below.

Excellent to see our newest MSP sticking up for the LGBT+ community in Scotland.
I’ve written to Ministers asking them to fulfil their promise to legislate to end Conversion Therapy practices in Scotland. The SNP was elected on a pledge to do so. All political parties included it in their 2021 manifesto. My message is simple: if ministers won’t do it, I will.
