After nearly three incredible years of running this project, I've decided to officially end it. I've dipped my toe in and out for the past year, but feel it's time to close the chapter. 1/2

2/2 It's been so much fun, and below are some of the highlights. However, the social media aspect has always effected me, and more importantly I hope to get involved with other even more exciting projects! Rarely sit back to look at what I've done, but I'm proud about this.

Here in bustling Bangkok I took a trip to a stunning rewilded area, Benjakitti Park. It’s quite magical and surreal - boardwalks, skywalks, wetlands and mangroves surrounded by skyscrapers. Orioles, openbills, rollers…we need more of this in our cities!

My response to the backlash from cleb gardeners about rewilding. I do hope they listen. It's not about abandoning your garden. It's about thinking about nature first. https://t.co/E3yYYGV3PW

The sparrow, especially the common house sparrow, is one of the most ubiquitous birds on earth and is also one of the oldest companions of human beings. 🥰😍

Came across some lovely fledged house sparrows today in London. Another colony struggling against constant development happening all around them... @WildLondon @LondonNPC @_BTO @Natures_Voice @BBCSpringwatch #Springwatch @richmondsparrow @SavetheHouseSp1 @SaveSparrows

Just completed the 1st #Housesparrow ringing session with #placementstudent @BethBro00547596 for my @_BTO recapture for adult survival study at my house. With 31 juv caught already in early June, the breeding season looks very promising, indicating plenty of insect food around.
