She hid our reply, so let's say it here:. This is a sellout deal and you know it @cmninaahmad. You caved to billionaires, sold out the people you claimed to represent, and barely got two dimes to rub together for it. What an embarrassment.
Compromise can lead to meaningful progress. I worked tirelessly to include meaningful amendments to the proposed Sixers arena package and introduced a bill today to establish a Community Land Trust to protect Chinatown from unchecked development. My statements below.

The people won another vote delay. 💪. Hundreds of us came out in the rain to bear witness to a disastrous deal, and the hearing was immediately recessed until 4pm. City Council DOESN’T HAVE THE VOTES to pass this rushed deal and we won't let up. Pack City Council at 3pm.
