Philadelphia's Chinatown has been here for 150+ years. Our communities have been here protecting, supporting, and welcoming people for over 150 years. And for the last 2.5 years, we have been fighting to save it. Chinatown is safe for now - and we want to thank you.

He was someone’s family member, friend, neighbor - and we grieve for his life. Use this form to call your member of Congress now to demand they take action to shut down the Moshannon Valley Processing Center - lives are on the line.

No one should be put in a life-or-death situation because of their citizenship status. But that’s exactly what’s happening in ICE custody. Chaofeng Ge was in custody for just five days at the Moshannon Valley Processing Center. He was awaiting an immigration hearing when he died.

Anou is a business owner and a pillar of our community in Germantown,. He is facing deportation to Laos, a country he left as a refugee when he was a child. We're coming together on Saturday to demand ICE release Anou and bring him home to his family.

Chinatown deserves better. Our families, elders, and small businesses deserve leaders who act with urgency and fight for the people who call this neighborhood home.

What’s worse? Local leaders like Councilmember Mark Squilla are saying we should just wait for the next election and hope that people change their mind about funding us when they're running for office- instead of fighting for our communities right now.

Frustrated but not surprised: Donald Trump pulled funding for the Chinatown Stitch Project. This vital project was meant to reconnect a neighborhood and make our communities safer.

Climate anxiety is real and it’s showing up in Asian American communities in deep & unspoken ways. This Minority Mental Health Month, we’re shining a light on the toll of environmental injustice and the strength it takes to face an uncertain future while caring for our community.

When Wong Kim Ark, a San Francisco-born Chinese American, was denied re-entry into the United States after a trip abroad, he challenged the government to recognize his citizenship and won. This solidified the true definition of birthright citizenship.
