The cheapest ad space in Philly may be one of the city's most recognizable landmarks. Once again, the city is selling out space at the Philadelphia Museum of Art for a promotion - and it only cost Universal $44,000 for the three-day activation. https://t.co/UQAiCccIj9

Kambel Smith - who views his autism as a superhuman ability that allows him to see scales without using any tools or devices - continues to push the bounds of what cardboard is capable of as a medium and what we are capable of as human beings. https://t.co/inENmE72yz

We were underdogs in the city of underdogs and it not only made us hungry, it made us a pack.

Being a tourist in your own city sometimes involves admitting you've ignored experiences hiding in plain sight - like touring Philadelphia City Hall. Last Friday, I finally crossed it off my Philly bucket list and was gobsmacked by all I've overlooked. https://t.co/mkNaL8wip1

In two years, Jaclyn Rodriguez - aka 'The Officiant Jawn' - has conducted 238 weddings in the Philly area. I talked with her about the most memorable moments, what she's learned about love & why she's recently seen an uptick in demand for her services. https://t.co/KzMVnzyrjz

That’s because we know what tough times are and what gets you through them, just like we know to celebrate the good times when they’re here too. Go Birds

Shortly after, a woman who also witnessed the fire started chatting with me. “I ain’t gonna lie, that sh— was warm though,” she said. I cracked up. Nobody does gallows humor better than Philly, just like nobody celebrates quite like we do.

I worried the fire would overshadow the joy I saw in the hours before. And then, Philly did its thing. Someone in a Batman mask wearing a bedsheet for a cape calmly walked by me through the smoke like it was just another day in Gotham City. 🧵 https://t.co/Dg309QYn4f

I was caught up in SB coverage and I'm just learning one of my favorite authors, Tom Robbins, died on Feb. 9. "Still Life with Woodpecker" is in my top two books of all time. Robbins' humor and insight into humanity was simply remarkable. I'm better for having read his work.🧵
