It’s no wonder people drive their cars. Train home from London minimum £20, coach £30 and then the getting into London cost. I can drive there and back on £30 petrol at my own convenience 😡

It is absolutely ridiculous to throw out the slur that Labour want to keep children in poverty simply because they didn't lift the 2-child benefit cap within their first 18 days in office after 5,174 days in opposition. One does not imply the other - that's a lazy, lazy

This is something so many people don’t seem to get. Councils aren’t just funded by council tax, government tops it up (or not as the case may be)
Correction: COUNCILS ARE FUNDED BY CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, or not, in the case of Labour councils/areas. The Tories DELIBERATELY underfund them to make you think Labour is to blame.The same with so called “levelling up” funds. Went to rich Tory areas. They’re liars. #BBCDebate

Whilst I support this wholeheartedly I am truly not sure where the staff are going to come from. I think the words need to say we will be training mental health staff.
There are more than a million people on mental health waiting lists. Labour will recruit 8,500 mental health staff, put support in every school, and hubs in every community. Paid for by ending tax breaks for the wealthiest, so we can keep taxes down for working people.

There are lots of newly awakened hedgehogs around right now, walking great distances, crossing roads, in search of food and a mate. Getting home 10 minutes later because you drove slowly won’t make that much difference to you, but it could make all the difference in the world
