The exact fare gates SEPTA is slowly deploying also keep fare evaders out. Very hard to jump, close extremely quickly so no piggy backing and sound a loud alarm if someone tries to. I will bet once they’re deployed @NYCTSubway crime will drop more.

The letter from @USDOTFHWA threatening funding if @NYC_DOT does not answer their requests regarding 34th St busway (which allows local deliveries and emergency vehicles). Feds also want answers on other busways and claim 34th Street is part of the National Highway System.

@CraigGuyHC there’s a path along the river you could easily turn into both a pedestrian and bike path. Instead you’re violating ADA with this path where the bus cannot pull up to the curb (and right in front of a hospital no less). Such stupidity.

Bus riders are doing the right thing and taking public transit and taking cars off the road but we’re being punished by @CraigGuyHC who doesn’t know how to manage infrastructure projects. 3 blocks to just to say you did some vision zero project in an area where no one bikes.

Worst managed county has to be @HudCoTweet and @CraigGuyHC. To put in a 3-block bike lane that blocks a bus stop, they are putting Fort Lee and Edgewater residents through a hellish commute. Over 30 minutes on the bus to travel 1 mile. This work shouldn’t start till after 9am.
