@ashishchauhan__ @drashu123 @randeeprana90 @Samanta_JayPGI So we went ahead and completed the procedure. Lot of blood on endoscopic view but could get two plastic stents in. Repeated a ct angio that showed large clot within the collection and in the stomach but no pseudoaneurysm again! No further 🩸 for 2 days now.

@ashishchauhan__ @drashu123 @randeeprana90 @Samanta_JayPGI Thanks everyone. Preprocedural ct angio had not shown any pseudo aneurysm. While it was actively 🩸, we had almost decided to abandon. LAMS was not considered since bleeding site was quite distant from the puncture site. Whilst we waited however the 🩸 stopped 😅
