Need to have a massive celebration when all these 2020 crises have passed. All the birthdays, new jobs, new family members, etc deserve love. Not to mention everyone who needs a shoulder of support for whatever they are going through. Hang in there folks. ❤️

We have *no* playbook for this type of economic event. That means we can’t wait around for others to execute their playbook. It doesn’t exist. We all have to collectively find a way, however creative, to support others as we find a way through this.

Great people are indeed expensive. But, software costs almost nothing to ship, And word-of-mouth propels all the best products. So at some point, you really should be quite profitable.

Base 2020 plan: * keep at it * hire 1 great VP in Q1 * drive NPS up * spent more time with customers * make your product much better * don’t run out of money
