Iโm not sure this is helpful. Two years ago I started Couch to 5k - the first run was mostly walking, and it still felt hard. Iโm now training for a marathon - running 25-40km week & strength training with a PT 3 times a week. But it started with a walk.
If you go to the gym for an hour a day a few times a week, thatโs not being healthy. We arenโt meant to just exercise and move the bare minimum to meet some arbitrary targets. Aim to fully exhaust yourself physically in activity (that feeling of snowboarding all day, rolling in
