With the new academic year approaching, this picturebook assembly overview might be useful to people. The suggested books cover themes around empathy, inclusion and diversity, and are all texts I've used in the classroom. Any shares appreciated. Link here: https://t.co/JBuWKFD2sh

The Dinosaur Next Door by @dc_litchfield is a delight. Beautifully simple story about identity and allowing people to live their lives. Dazzling illustrations on every page. His use of colour to show emotion at different times is something that children will love exploring.

So, I’m not crying, you are. Simply wow. Didn’t think the sequel could be as good as the first book but it is simply a masterpiece. Cried (many times), laughed out loud and reflected. A must read! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 🐦 πŸ“• @EarlyTrain
