USLC is not a minor league. It's an alternative to MLS in non-MLS cities. Could you call it "lower league" since it's classified as DII as opposed to MLS, which is DI? Sure. But this isn't baseball and Indy Eleven is not owned or affiliated with a larger club. Bad take imo.

For those of us at the match yesterday who got to cheer when Carolyn, Matt Sebek, Peter Wood, etc walked out to chat with fans, we had Kansas fans asking "who are those people?" and when we explained, they were like... "wow they come talk to the fans like that?". It was awesome.
Thank you to everyone who believed in us and helped make our inaugural season so incredible. Together, we’ve built something special for our CITY and we’re just getting started.
