Update: She got it. 260x3 for a 150lbs 52 yo female, after just about 4 months of working with me. She picked up a barbell for the first time on August 13th, when she signed on to work with me. It is never too late to get stronger than all your weak friends.

My client is anxious about her DL today. She's supposed to pull 260x3. Being nervous about your next session is all part of the deal and there's nothing wrong with it. You're allowed to be scared, you're not allowed to chicken out.
