New Dad training advice . You are going to have to pivot your training when a baby comes. Here's how it went for me:. Pre Baby number one 14 months ago I'd be able to train for 2+ hours 4 times per week. Do Jiu Jitsu 2-4x/wk, etc. Had a heavy strength focus and Was sitting like.

Enjoy the linear progress of The Program. Milk it. But know it's going to stop, and you're going to have to double down for smaller gains over longer periods of time with ups and downs in between

The one sweet thing about ChatGPT trianing guidance is that it is insanely optimistic . "Hey chat can I run a 2:30 marathon in 16 weeks?" . Or "hey chat can I deadlift 700lbs by the end of the year?" and it will convince you that you can.

@DeanTTraining That's why I don't get bent out of shape over starting strength zealots. 90% of them are just in the 3x5 powerlifting phase. They will then realize that they got fat and look like a brick shithouse grandma before opening their mind to the benefits of more stablized movements.
