As usual, the internet butchers the quote. If you’re 275lbs and can do chins, your arms will be big. If you squat and deadlift 600lbs, you’ll be big EVERYWHERE. How many people arguing here have actually done that? Ed Coan said it best: arm work is just decoration on the tree.
