Letโs me spell out one BASIC fact about national orgs in the NHS Lots of effort to create scope, career progression & supervision for PAs via documents, guidelines etc None such exist for LEDs Vast majority of whom are IMGs Itโs called? Yeah- that. Be better. Do better.
