@VicentiniUro @DocGauhar Early apical release and more importantly the preservation of the sphincter’s mucosa yields very low incontinence rates (1-2%) in our hands. It is obvious that there is a lot of variability on how this is performed. I was puzzled too to see the results of this paper…
