Cirrhosis with portal htn and massive hem shock from para on floor gone bad. angio with no art source (r hep aa embo’d), portal venous bleed on delayed angio/CT; treated with microwave ablation @SDhandMD @rkryu @kmadass @kush_r_desai @SGueyikian

Hey can we get this lady out of hospital? Diffuse gastropathy and oozing blood. S/p nanoknife from 2 years ago with portal occlusion. My flippant answer- only way is a portal recon. Their response-Let’s do that. Transhep + transplenic + powerwire + viabahn= discharge after 48hr
