Big thanks to all for input on this case. Follow up CT looks great. Aneurysm off renal a origin over 80% thrombosed. Parenchymal perfusion great. Appreciate the help!

Went with 6th Ansel sheath, 12–mm AVP plug to choke point, then multiple various sized Nestor’s. Was happy with how much renal parenchyma blush on the post runs.

Pathology with no malignancy — ddx intravenous leiomyomatosis vs AVM. Interestingly she had her uterus out in 2006 for fibroids.
