Spent 5 days reporting from Kashmir . Some observations: Indian electronic media is literally embedded ( except 1or2). Some journalists move in police vehicles. Few reporters 4m nationalist channels were beaten up, cameras broken. People hve been living in open jail.V disturbing

Thank you @jeremycorbyn for highlighting the plight of Kashmiris especially today as the world celebrates Eid but Kashmir remains under strict Indian military lockdown on 10th consecutive day.

The situation in Kashmir is deeply disturbing. Human rights abuses taking place are unacceptable. The rights of the Kashmiri people must be respected and UN resolutions implemented.
