Naturally, there would be some facial differences, but one can still clearly recognize who he was.

Funny how Savarkar fans try hijacking Netaji’s legacy. It was Netaji, not Savarkar, who built the INA and made men of all castes eat from the same kitchen. Savarkar was busy writing mercy petitions. He had zero to do with INA. Don't steal or it won’t end well for your “veer.”.
Sahbhojan at it's militant best. INA soldiers having their meal from the same kitchen, forgetting all caste barriers and forging together the sole identity of Free Hindustanis and warriors. No doubt, Savarkar's idea of reforms reverberated everywhere.

Similarly, a close friend of Nehru and the biographer of Indira Gandhi, Justice GD Khosla, headed the investigation into Netaji's death in 1972. Justice Khosla had previously publicly insulted Netaji. Netaji's family rejected his findings and claimed that he was still alive.

Declassified documents reveal that Gandhi actively informed the Allied Powers about Netaji’s presence in Russia. His own secretary confirmed this in a letter written on his behalf. Gandhi was a British puppet — handpicked and planted in India after his service in the Boer War.
Intresting anecdote about Gandhi from Viceroy Wavell's diary. On 9th April, 1946, Gandhi met Wavell. The Viceroy abused the INA on his face, calling INA men 'weaklings' and 'cowards'. How Gandhi responded?. "He took this with a grin, and was very friendly throughout".
