Time-lapse functionality is coming to the @napari_imaging -cluster-plotter! Thanks to @zigutyte , @jm_mightypirate , @zoccolermarcelo and @haesleinhuepf but also thanks to @cziscience for making this project possible. In the GIF you can see UMAP plotted against time which I love!

Massive update for one of the coolest projects that I have been part of. You can now interactively investigate your point & surface data using dimension reduction and clustering in @napari_imaging! Thanks to all contributors and try it out for yourself ❤️👾.
napari-clusters-plotter plugin version 0.8.0 is out! 🚀📈 Besides usual bug fixes and performance improvements, you can now work with Points and Surface layers, and cluster tracking features if displayed as a Labels layer! @napari_imaging See what's new 👇.
