One thing is always gona slip and that's okay. If you can't answer every email, text back every friend, see family every week, eat vegetables every day, always wake up on time, be creative & happy & 100% daily. That's okay. You are one human. Life is lot. Let something slip.

Fun at Churchfields parkrun today. This is the last 100m... can see why @runningchannel @anna_harding said this was one of the toughest in the country. Took me 27min...felt like sub 2hr 😹

A very gentle reminder that when we say that someone looks insane, is acting psycho or that we're "a bit OCD" we're trivialising serious mental health issues & contributing to the stigma that prevents people seeking proper treatment. It would be cool if we could stop doing that
