Yep A Guernsey deputy wants to sell ports infrastructure to the Chinese state and would have no national security concerns…
I would say to Deputy Goy "beware Chinese bearing capital investment funding" . I have seen the potentially disastrous impact elsewhere in the world. The commercial port in Hambantota being a classic example.

@YoungGuern I had an e-bike over 10 years ago but my mobility reduced and I switched to a mobility scooter. I do have a new one which I have fallen off twice so far. My balance is shocking and my confidence low. The pedelec legislation is not helpful for the elderly in not allowing a
