11 years and over 4000 days of working at SHR. Office has been cleaned out and tomorrow will be my last day in the building. Still hard to even fathom. So many great memories. But I’m excited for what’s next and blessed to be able to go be with another family of racers. ❤️

1. In 2013 I was kinda lost at what I wanted to do with my life. Then KH called and wanted me to start the 4 team with him. He looked me in the eyes and told me he believed in me and wanted to win races and championships with me. He, gave me the chance of a lifetime. .

1 year ago yesterday we found out D Smith had cancer. After battling back and having an awesome year, tonight will be the first night this year he won’t be jumping off the wall. He is at home recovering from some preventive surgery. Can’t wait 4 him to return. #WinIt4D.

'@RodneyChilders4 has agreed to a multiyear renewal with @StewartHaasRcng to continue as crew chief of the No. 4 Ford program with @KevinHarvick, per source. ➖ They won a @NASCAR Cup Series championship together in 2014, the season Childers joined the team.
