If you answer anything other than 4 bytes or 8 bytes... your knees hurt.

This question was a lot harder when I was a kid. NEAR data pointer – 16 bits (offset only) FAR data pointer – 32 bits (segment:offset) HUGE data pointer – 32 bits (segment:offset, normalized) NEAR function pointer – 16 bits (IP only) FAR function pointer – 32 bits (CS:IP)

If you've ever seen someone tweet some cool shader and thought "I don't really even know what a shader is and at this point I'm too afraid to ask" - I've written something just for you. https://t.co/0ez5xz5vCP

Rare L from Ed here. MS is the only one to blame for their shortcomings. Go give him some hard earned engagement and add your thoughts. I'm on Team Rider.

I’m a mega cynical ā€œfine line between love and hateā€ .NET superfan and even this take is tiring. Full fat VS is never going to be on Linux. Rider / IntelliJ is a fricking Java app, using a Java app to write .NET is bleak VS Code + C# Dev Kit is on Linux. Use that

Had hit a dev with ā€œcopilot isn’t a source of truthā€ today. He continues to ignore my advice in favor of Copilot. 70 commits and prayers later. ā€œJust one more PR approval bro, this is the one, bro.ā€ I can assure you, it’s not.

You can spot an aggrieved Linux loser by the attempt to gatekeep the term "distribution" like it was a royal distinction of honor. I don't give a fuck what you call a compilation of configs, tools, and programs with a custom installer that ships on an ISO.
