This is why we built Google Cloud Universal Ledger - because large, regulated financial services companies want the benefits of blockchain networks without giving up the benefits of centralized services.
It's not clear to me that TradFi will prefer "the most decentralized L1" as they move their business onchain. These institutions aren't in it for decentralization. Their products will likely be centralized in some way anyway. High speed and low cost seem to be their priorities.

Super simple to solve this problem IMO:. - make childcare expenses like daycare etc tax deductible.- incentivize companies with tax breaks if they offer benefits like WFH or additional flex time for mothers.- provide financial incentives for new daycares to increase supply.
