🇺🇸 Regulatory clarity is improving; the new administration is signaling support for industry-friendly reforms. 🇦🇪🇸🇬🇬🇧 Each has its licensing regime, with Dubai’s VARA, Singapore’s MAS, and the UK’s FCA leading local enforcement.

Moreover, there’s growing traction for local compliance frameworks, with implementation already underway. 🇪🇺 MiCA regime is in full swing, but up to 75% of EU-registered VASPs may not meet MiCA compliance in 2025 due to high costs and resource demands.

The GENIUS Act has officially passed the Senate – the first U.S. law to lay the groundwork for stablecoin regulation. But while the Act outlines rules on reserves, redemptions, and oversight….there’s little to no mention of cybersecurity. Code integrity, operational.
🇺🇸 UPDATE: All three crypto bills have passed the House – CLARITY Act (294-134), GENIUS Act (308-122), and Anti-CBDC Act (219-210). The GENIUS Act now heads to President Trump's desk for signing tomorrow afternoon at the White House.
