This answer is close to the real issue. People don't understand in what poor condition our stations are due to inferior cheap materials used for years in construction and maintenance of these stations. A lot of the infrastructure would never pass quality standards.

Medical team don't injure them. Overtraining and over strain on muscles is the cause. Means that our training regime is huge problem. Long intens sessions + gym work to bulk up + high press intensty for seasons = very damaged muscles and sinews. Why do you think the doc quit?
