came to Speaker McCarthy's office last year for a meeting. As she waited in a conference room, she began posing like she was on the red carpet and instructing her photographer to conduct a photo shoot. I had to kick the photographer out after that.

Interesting. The day when Mayor Bowser is testifying on Capitol Hill, she sends D.C. police to clear the encampment at GWU. Coincidence? I think not.
The encampment at George Washington University has been cleared by the Metropolitan Police Department. Police went in around 3:30 am.

This afternoon, I took to the House floor to honor the life and legacy of a dear family friend and fellow Georgian.
Don Leebern Jr. was a man with a personality larger than life and gave much of his time to give back to Georgia communities.
