It’s day 14 of the Democrat government shutdown, and our message remains the same: STOP playing political games, PASS the clean CR, REOPEN the government.

With a @POTUS-brokered peace deal in the Middle East and the last living hostages reunited with their families in Israel, today should be a day of celebration. Yet, we’re all here today marking day 14 of the Democrat shutdown.

Can’t beat them? Autopilot them.

.@POTUS promised to bring peace through strength. Not even 10 months into his term, he has delivered time and time again. No matter where you fall on the political spectrum, we can all agree that President Trump deserves recognition for this historic day.

It's day 11 of the government shutdown, and Senate Democrats have voted 7 times against our troops, the federal workforce, and the American people. Why? Because they’d rather increase spending by $1.5 TRILLION and put illegal aliens back on taxpayer-funded healthcare. Insanity.

Let’s get this straight: Democrat priorities include taxpayer-funded health care for illegal aliens, adding $1.5 TRILLION in new spending, and stripping $50 billion from rural hospitals.

Democrats saying they won’t reopen the government until planes start “falling out of the sky” just goes to show how dangerous they’re willing to be to prove a political point. My grandfather’s Democrat party is gone.

Democrats continue to reveal they DON’T CARE about the American people or their safety. They let MILLIONS of criminal illegal aliens into our country, and now they would rather have planes falling than open the government for the people.

House Republicans did our job. We passed a clean extension to keep the government open, fund our military, and protect America. The Democrats rejected it. This isn’t about budgeting for them -- it’s about political theater at the expense of our troops.

Planes have to crash before Democrats lift a finger? Got it. Their priorities couldn’t be clearer—nothing says “leadership” like waiting for disaster.

This shutdown is a crisis of the Democrat Party — their failed policies, and bitterness at POTUS. Simply put: The American People deserve better.
