I’ve just supported @James_Ridgeway_ running the #londonmarathon2026 for @BT1DUK . I know our support really helps James with his training and will help fund @BT1DUK do amazing things for people living with or at risk of T1D. Link in his post. 🙏.
End of week 1 training for #londonmarathon. Today was hill speed work 📈🏃🏻. Gosh that was hard. Glucose start- 7.0mmol/L. Glucose end- 12.1mmol/L. Next time I will keep activity mode off due to this being anaerobic. To donate to @BreakthroughT1D👇.

Thank you to all my friends, family & colleagues who have supported me running 100 miles for cancer research in September. An amazing £792 raised culminated in a tough 10 mile run yesterday (longest distance ran for many many years)!.
