I'm usually particularly light and sound sensitive first thing in the morning and last thing at night. I got blackout curtains to help me sleep longer as i often don't sleep well at night, but now am wondering if that's made the light sensitivity worse... there's no easy fix!

Have had this on and off this week. One minute I'm gaming and ok, next minute I'm in living room with all the curtains drawn and lights off just resting in the dark and cuddling my puppy. So hard for others to understand, when I can hardly understand it myself.
1/3 Light & sound sensitivity This symptom can cause great distress and people with ME/CFS often lay in silent dark rooms to try to minimise the impact of this symptom.
