everything is very fact dependent. It depends on construction methods etc. But also, the key issue, is usually going to be limitation periods: claims have to be brought within 6 years.

There’s lots of debate about whether rent suspension is possible, necessary and appropriate, and whether it would help the renters most in need of help. @nef we have have outlined how such a policy would work, and why it is needed 1/

Government advice is confusing at best, deadly at worst. We encourage you to listen to doctors and carry on as usual with your mutual aid projects, social distancing and lockdown. #lockdownuk #COVID19

This is a fantastic document explaining how social housing has been squeezed over years of government greed and the impact this has on the people who rely on them. Recommend this to everyone. #Dispossession #thegreatsocialhousingswindle

Living in lockdown - 16 per cent of families in London live in overcrowded accommodation. That's almost three times as much as any other region or nation across the UK - though overcrowding still a big issue in other cities within regions, such as Birmingham.
