This is how it works. Take one extremely vulnerable household who needs help with the shopping. Add- a volunteer (Italian) who can help. Result= a grateful Mum who provides weekly English tuition by phone to volunteer. They can’t wait to do it over tea. #thatswhatneighboursdo
