Creating a more resilient GPS is the subject of Trump’s EO during Trump1.0. His admin isn’t going to be a roadblock. We have the best tech at the lowest price point. The NPRM will happen. Also, I doubt $NN will be the only solution the FCC backs. It will be a system of systems.
