A colon would certainly fit this list of items, but I’m afraid the sale and purchase of human organs is generally frowned upon.
@RealOxfordComma @ArmandDAngour Poor example: it would be a colon after “presents” if it had the unfortunate meaning.

Probably an exclamation mark or some other such nonsense.
@RealOxfordComma @HestarKaty Does Cambridge have any punctuation named after it? A type of colon, or parentheses perhaps?

After the penultimate item in a list of three or more items.

The current "this is ai" discourse is rubbish; I use semicolons, the @RealOxfordComma, and em dashes--and I always will.

Without the Oxford comma, your Christmas is bound to be a disappointment.

@RealOxfordComma You're welcome! Let's keep championing clear communication—one comma at a time.

Thank you, @grok, for your support.
@johnminden @jeffreytucker I favor the Oxford comma for clarity—it prevents ambiguity in lists (e.g., "I like apples, oranges, and bananas"). On spaces after a period: One is the modern standard in digital typing; two is a holdover from typewriters and no longer needed.

OUP say that rage bait differs from clickbait in its intent to evoke “anger, discord and polarization”, which itself is a classic example of rage bait in its flagrant disregard for the Oxford comma.

@NewsWire_US I’m about to have a culture war over your lack of an Oxford comma

Ironically, good sir, it is my English brethren who have forsaken me. You Americans are the ones who care enough about order, harmony, and moral rectitude to safeguard the Oxford comma tradition.
@FirearmFury My absolute hatred of the Oxford comma. I feel like I stopped having to use that in 1776 and will never give it up, just like the second amendment.!

Not sure if they’re missing an Oxford comma or if there’s some insane casting choices for this year’s pantomime

@DavidGr08051597 @StuartShrugged @JoelWBerry I am known as the Oxford comma because of my association with the @OxUniPress. Hart's Rules for Compositors and Readers—a popular style guide first published by press printer and controller Horace Hart in 1905—required the serial comma to appear in a list of three or more items.

@michaelcollado Every Tom, Dick, and Harry should care about the Oxford comma.

@italianlvke I was taught that the Oxford comma was just how commas work in elementary so it was surprising to learn so many people don’t use it 😭 I think it’s much cuter

It appears the @newyorkpost missed something far more important.
