Hi folks! It's your favorite turkey (in disguise). I would just like for you to know that I'm here and I want to give you some advice for Thanksgiving. Please *enjoy* your Thanksgiving and eat lots and lots and lots of food... and then go take a nap! But... FORGET THE TURKEY.

On Veterans Day, I think of my first interaction with wounded Vietnam War veterans, who I visited as Miss World USA. I think of how impactful it was. It forever changed my view of war, of sacrifice, of honor, and of suffering. I thank you today and every day for all you’ve done
