Dear @Delta: our cap timed out while we were on the active taxiway to take off. Now back at the gate. It’s no surprise to someone watching the clock to know this will happen. As a Million Miler I expect better. This is absurd. At the gate now & no one has a clue what’s going on.

Officials say a military aircraft crashed off the airfield on the south side of the airport. The pilot is reportedly conscious and breathing and has been taken to the hospital.

.@lmcgaughy @PeteButtigieg - another barge hit & this is the 2nd one on this bridge in a year. Nasty nasty stuff leaked out. Not only will it harm animal life, but it’s highly volatile stuff.
At approximately 10:00am, a barge owned by Martin Petroleum collided with the Pelican Island Bridge that connects Galveston Island to Pelican Island. Power was temporarily interrupted to Pelican Island, which is home to Texas A&M Galveston. Secondary power has been restored.

@MiddleEastEye @TimInHonolulu I had the honor to visit in 2009. While inside, I was accosted by the male religious police demanding to know who I was & where I was from. The women crowded around & protected me. It was a profound statement by them which I will never forget.
