Decided to try again at syncing a full archival utreexod node, it's been weeks now. Even with 32 cores, 64 GB of RAM and syncing from a local full node over LAN. Averaging 1 block per 15-25 seconds. Hopefully the new release comes out soon that is supposed to optimize this so
